We, the National Gymnasium Arnstadt, can look back on more than one hundred traditional Gymnasium education in northern Gotha.
Our responsibility lies - the life to be prepared - that students in a targeted and comprehensive study and work. Significant attention should be given a high level of expertise, the development of methods and social and media education.
Motivated teachers, committed students and parents as well as any other, at the educational process involved working together to achieve our ambitious goals.

Our goal is to make the learning and education process so that autonomous work, methodology and social skills, achievement orientation and a stimulating learning environment of our school life are normal. Here, we are always open to innovative teaching approaches and strive for the best possible education.
Our students should identify with our school, feel good and fulfill the tasks set with joy creative and flexible. It should be an intensive cooperation of all the consultative bodies of the school on a democratic basis.
